HVAC Foreman

About the role

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for leading daily operations in the HVAC manufacturing department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of custom commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing activities
• Ensure products meet engineering specifications and customer requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Manage staffing, workflow, and safety adherence
• Conduct training and performance evaluations
• Monitor production metrics to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Technical degree in HVAC or related fields
• Strong industry experience, preferably in manufacturing or installation of commercial/industrial HVAC systems
