Responsible for overseeing HVAC maintenance and repair operations, ensuring systems are functioning optimally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HVAC maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and installations
- Monitor energy usage and efficiency
- Train new employees in HVAC best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with HVAC software
