About the role

The HVAC Foreman is responsible for leading daily operations in the manufacturing of custom commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fabrication, assembly, and testing activities
• Manage personnel, workflow, and production schedules
• Ensure products meet engineering specifications and customer requirements
• Coordinate with engineering to resolve technical issues
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Enforce safety policies, conduct training, and troubleshoot technical challenges
• Maintain accurate production records

Qualifications

• Technical degree in HVAC or related fields
• Extensive HVAC industry experience
• Supervisory skills
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and schematics
• Familiarity with custom manufacturing, safety standards, and operational workflow principles
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Physical capacity to meet job demands
