Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and oversee front-line employees, including organizing schedules and conducting performance evaluations.
- Handle discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to coordinate departmental activities.
- Collect, evaluate, and analyze production data to identify and correct inefficiencies in processes, materials, equipment, or skills.
- Regularly inspect and evaluate products for quality and defects.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational safety, health, and operational regulations.
- Develop and implement procedures for a safe work environment.
- Collaborate on budget development and execution.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- EPA Certification required.
- Well-rounded knowledge of residential electrical and AC operations.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, and tablets.
- Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local codes.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent industry work experience; Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least three years of supervisory experience highly preferred.
- Customer service experience handling escalated situations.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the facility.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
- Visual acuity to inspect products and machinery.
