Responsibilities

• Lead the field team and ensure all jobs meet the highest standards.
• Guide, troubleshoot, and coach technicians in real-time.
• Provide clarity and direction to reduce callbacks and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain efficient field operations while balancing leadership with hands-on support.
• Bring confidence and consistency to the crew and every job completed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• CT Trade License (D or S license).
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Pay

$50 - $55 per hour

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Daily start time: 6:45 AM
Typical end time: 4:00-4:30 PM
Includes backup coverage for technicians on weekends.
