HVAC Field Supervisor

About the role

D&L LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to support our growing operations in the Cayce/Columbia area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at troubleshooting complex mechanical systems and working on large-scale industrial equipment in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. The position is local to Cayce, SC with Monday–Friday hours, no travel, and no residential service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Work safely and represent the company with pride
• Accurately document serviced work, parts used, and recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Supervisory or crew lead experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Universal certification (required)
• Valid driver's license with clean record (required)
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Able to communicate with customers on findings and recommendations
