Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HVAC maintenance tasks
- Manage and train HVAC field technicians
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with customers and vendors for service requests
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in HVAC systems and troubleshooting
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of industry regulations and codes
