Responsibilities

• Maintain modular equipment in the field at customer sites
• Perform problem solving maintenance for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
• Perform routine maintenance and construction in the field of modular buildings
• Update and record information on company assets and systems
• Perform routine evaluations of work to be performed
• Safely operate Company provided vehicle (possibly both > and
• Install and repair equipment, and train customer employees on how to maintain machinery
• Perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications while delivering exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, maintenance or related work
• Able to communicate with customers regarding work status and service concerns
• Able to do local travel daily in Central FL area in a Company Truck
• May be required to drive extended distances to customer sites in Company truck to further locations
• Able to do occasional overnight travel to perform work at jobsites further from Auburndale, FL in other parts of FL
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• EPA universal certification combined with HVAC experience (preferred, not required)

Special Considerations

• Position requires manual dexterity and the ability to maintain physical activity for most of the day
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and hold or lift a variety of objects
• Able to carry, bend, stoop, turn, kneel, crawl, climb a ladder and other manual labor activities
