The HVAC Estimator II is responsible for estimating labor and material costs for HVAC projects. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Estimate labor and material costs for HVAC projects
- Review project specifications and drawings to ensure accurate estimates
- Communicate with clients and contractors to clarify project details
- Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC estimating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Proficient in HVAC systems and codes
- Experience with estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
