HVAC Duct Cleaning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, set up, and operate specialized equipment, including powerful truck-mounted vacuums, air whips, and rotary brushes
• Perform thorough cleaning of all supply, return, and main trunk duct lines, removing accumulated dust, debris, allergens, and other contaminants
• Clean air handling components, including evaporator coils, blower motors, and all register/vent covers, ensuring maximum system efficiency
• Clearly explain the cleaning process to clients, show them the "before" and "after" results, and address any questions about indoor air quality
• Follow strict safety protocols and accurately complete all work orders and service reports

Requirements

• Comfortable operating and maintaining complex machinery (truck-mounted vacuums and cleaning tools)
• Previous experience with power tools or in a hands-on trade is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Active driver’s license and comfort driving and parking a company service vehicle
• Able to follow directions and work independently
• Able to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs), climb ladders, and maneuver in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, utility closets) for extended periods
