Pay

High-earning potential ($200,000+) tied directly to your effort and follow-through. Base salary range: $70,000–$100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline
• Document sales in ServiceTitan to keep your day running smoothly
• Coordinate with install crews, support staff, and managers to ensure jobs run smoothly
• Attend regular sales and tech training meetings to sharpen your skills
• Pursue certifications if needed—we invest in people who invest in themselves

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently without micromanagement
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team
