Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to discuss their HVAC needs and preferences.
• Conduct in-home evaluations to assess the current HVAC system and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Explain the features and benefits of various HVAC products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and referrals.
• Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Excellent Communicator B2C sales experience or aptitude
• In-home sales
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Strong decision-making abilities

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50%
• Bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• Drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing

Pay Transparency

• The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $100k–$175k.
