Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Create construction drawings using AutoCAD software
- Create submittal packages
- Verify take-off changes from the field
- Update plans as requested
- Affiliate in submitting plans and correcting redlines
- Ensure compliance with city and county codes
- Obtain required city permits
- Collaborate with team members to solve various project challenges
Requirements
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong, positive personality supporting the project team
- Mechanical Engineering (or similar) Bachelor's Degree (Not required - extensive training will still be provided)
- Previous experience & proficiency in drafting (Not required - extensive training will still be provided)
- Deadline and detail orientated
- Experience with Windows OS, Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Must be able to pass background & DMV record check & drug test (as needed)
