Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership in residential HVAC, with experience managing technicians and installers.Strong understanding of HVAC operations, sales, and P&L management.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Data-driven decision-making ability and business acumen.Experience with HVAC software like ServiceTitan is preferred.
