Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team by coaching technicians, attracting talent, setting performance expectations, and fostering employee engagement.
• Drive sales and business performance by managing revenue, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to improve results.
• Own financial performance through managing budgets, P&L, and profitability, ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.
• Lead operational excellence by overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and process improvements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience by maintaining service standards, resolving escalated concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven leadership in residential HVAC, with experience managing technicians and installers.
• Strong understanding of HVAC operations, sales, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven decision-making ability and business acumen.
• Experience with HVAC software like ServiceTitan is preferred.
