Compensation
The expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The salary range applies to candidates located within the United States. Job Description
This position is typically held by an individual with at least 2 years of experience in HVAC and Building Automation constructing low-voltage electrical systems and preferably industry knowledge. The role involves understanding project requirements such as specifications, standards, budgets, schedules, and safety. The individual must be capable of conducting on-site service activities related to the coordination, installation, and commissioning of building automation and security management systems, and can work independently or with other team members.
Experience
2-4 years of relative work experience.
Skills & Abilities
- Intermediate knowledge of HVAC and building automation
- Experience in installation of panel terminations based of submittals
- Experience with Stripping and terminating 12 to 16-gauge wire
- Working Knowledge of red-lining commissioning
- Installation of panel terminations based of submittal drawings
Education
A two-year degree or related work experience is required.
