About the Role

Design and install HVAC systems for new construction projects in compliance with Title 24 and all applicable building codes. Work includes equipment selection, ductwork layout, register placement, control wiring, refrigerant line sets, condensate drainage, system start-up, air balancing, and final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems according to Title 24 and local codes
• Install equipment, ductwork, registers, and controls
• Run refrigerant line sets and condensate lines
• Perform system start-up and air balancing
• Coordinate and pass required inspections
