HVAC Apprentice Installer

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Schedule: Monday-Friday (Day Shift)

Pay: $22-$24/hr starting

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of residential heating and cooling systems
• Learn tools, materials, and install processes on the job
• Support lead installers on daily projects
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Load/unload equipment and materials
• Build real technical skills through hands-on experience

Requirements

• Hands-on mechanical experience (construction, automotive, or maintenance, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
