HVAC Apprentice Installer

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing residential heating and air‑conditioning systems.
• Learn to perform change‑outs, ductwork modifications, and equipment upgrades.
• Help unload and stage equipment and materials.
• Cut, drill, insulate, and build platforms as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver a positive customer experience on every job.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
• Basic math and science aptitude.
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces.
• Good mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
• Clean appearance and professional attitude.

Pay

Starting pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour.
