HVAC Apprentice

About the role

Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. Works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
