Location: Annapolis/ Baltimore
Pay: $24.54-40.90 DEPENDING ON APPRENTICE YEARS/STATUS

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Aid with HVAC Technicians in installation and maintenance of Commercial HVAC units
• Install, service, and fix rooftop units
• Use a range of hand tools and equipment for HVAC installation
• Repair and replace air ducts
• Pick up and give tools, equipment, and supplies from the project site according to orders
• Ensure that all tools, materials, and gear are in good operating order
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and associated equipment
• Ensure that all HVAC systems adhere to industry standards and regulations
• Organize the staff such that outstanding customer service is provided
• Self-disciplined in completing assigned chores promptly
• Self-motivated and able to work with little guidance

What You Need To Bring To The Table:

• Must have desire to learn and be coachable
• Must have apprentice status
• Experience with all tools and materials required for HVAC construction and repair
• Technical acumen to perform maintenance, facility, and troubleshooting equipment
• Good Mechanical and Electrical Diagnostic Skills
• Able to accomplish maintenance and submit for approval
• Capacity to manage individually and self-schedule
