Reports To
Reports to: Service Supervisor, Operations Manager, VP of Service
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul chillers, pumps, and cooling towers.
- Support HVAC service needs for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers and facility representatives.
- Perform routine maintenance on chillers, towers, pumps, and air-handling equipment.
- Use advanced tools, technologies, and engineering specifications to diagnose issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately identifying and resolving equipment problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in HVAC preferred.
- 5–10 years of HVAC facility maintenance experience.
- EPA Universal CFC certification (required).
- UA Journeyman card is a plus.
- Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with BAS systems and energy management controls.
- Knowledge of centrifugal chillers and broad HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to operate a company vehicle.
Physical Requirements
- This role requires regular standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting equipment up to 75 lbs.
- Vision abilities must include close, distance, color, and depth perception.
