HVAC and Refrigeration Technician (Earn up to $1800/wk)

Hogsalt is seeking a Full Time HVAC and Refrigeration Repair Technician to support our current properties and future development projects. Responsibilities
- Ability to perform repairs in the following areas (but not limited to): HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen equipment and appliances (preferred)
- Oversees preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, and Kitchen hot line equipment
- Collaborates with other facilities personnel on various projects
- Responds to maintenance requests from stores in a timely fashion
- Performs regular property inspections
- Advise store managers on a variety of technical engineering issues
- Available on a 24-hour basis for scheduled on-call shifts to address building emergencies
Requirements
- Must be available to work a minimum of 28 hours up to 40 hours a week - shifts are Sunday-Thursday
- Minimum of 2 years in-field experience with HVAC and refrigeration
- PREFERRED: Preferred knowledge of kitchen facilities and equipment
- MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE RELIABLE VEHICLE
- EPA Universal Certification required
