About the role

We are currently hiring Lead Teachers for Ages 2-6, Assistant Teachers, Early Childhood Professionals, Full-Time & Part-Time Educators, and Substitute Teachers.

Responsibilities

• Implement Montessori educational methods and materials
• Develop and lead engaging activities that promote independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Passion for child-centered education and Montessori principles
• Experience working with children ages 2-6 (not required for all roles)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or related field
• Montessori certification preferred but not required
• Experience in a Montessori classroom or similar educational setting
• Knowledge of child development and learning theories

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
