About the Location
Our Huntsville facility produces Hi-Nicalon TypeS SiC Fiber and SiC pre-preg tape in an advanced technology, LEAN manufacturing environment. This 100-acre campus, completed in 2017, hosts a diverse team of 250+ employees in a safety-first, secure, and climate-controlled workplace. Here, you can:

Responsibilities
- Assist and support set-up and tear-down of chemical equipment in a high-volume, batch production environment
- Rebuild chemical process components
- Package and move finished materials to the shipment area
- Conduct routine maintenance and operation of process systems and equipment across assigned process zones and occasionally in cross-functional areas
- Perform work practices with safety and quality in mind in a 24/7 production environment
- Complete required business and regulatory process documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Ensure facility equipment and inventory/consumable levels are accurate
- Participate and actively engage in quality and continuous improvement projects
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and external stakeholders
- Work second shift/night shifts as required
- Utilize business software such as ERP and quality/EHS software
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability and willingness to work off/varied shifts/weekends, as required
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining due to high-risk or hazardous operations
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) for access to U.S. export-controlled information
