Vision for the Role

The Registration Assistant plays a vital role in facilitating a smooth and distraction-free guest experience. This individual serves as a positive first point of contact for campers and guests by answering phone calls and providing front desk assistance in the Hume Lake Welcome Center. This Registration Assistant helps the Registrar Team with weekly camper check-ins and performs general administrative duties.

The Role

• Afford customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to communicate clearly and act in a professional manner
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, contributing to a Christ-centered team environment
• Represent Hume Christian Camps’ values and mission through conduct, attitude, and service

Our Ideal Candidate

• Must agree with and support Hume Christian Camps’ Statement of Faith
• Must have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a desire to share the Gospel through word and deed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, frequently lift 25 pounds, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

• Liveth and work in extreme weather conditions, at high altitude, and in small living quarters
