About the role
This role supports Child Protective Investigations (CPI) cases as a Human Services Technician.
Responsibilities
- Assist agency staff by providing transportation
- Supervise parent-child visitations
- Complete documentation
- Manage schedules
- Perform clerical duties
- Collaborate with DFPS staff, community organizations, and the public
- Support monitoring of children, ensuring their safety, hygiene, and needs during visits or placements
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of relevant experience or 30 college semester hours.

- Valid Texas driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
