Human Services Program Consultant II (Wake County) -- Temporary

This is a temporary position and there are no leave or retirement benefits offered. About the role

This temporary position is located at 1915 Health Services Way, Raleigh, NC 27607 (Wake County), with the Department of Health and Human Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and support child behavioral health initiatives, program and contract development, and design of child behavioral health services.
• Provide support and oversight to contractors/grantees regarding fiscal and contractual monitoring and program deliverables.
• Maintain relationships and communication, serving as a coordinator and liaison with external providers/contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and communication on the progress of projects, including data collection.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a discipline relative to the program from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of related experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relative to the program area from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of related experience; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

Hourly rate of pay: $36.00 (based on education and/or years of relevant work experience reflected on the application).
