Role: Human Service Specialist - Interactions & Skill Building Team Responsibilities Include Facilitating supervised family visits in various settings.Providing parent education on parenting, mental health, and substance use.Supporting families with trauma-informed, family-centered approaches.Collaborating with case managers and service teams to coordinate interventions.Maintaining accurate documentation and client records.Preparing reports and testifying in legal proceedings when needed.Participating in team meetings, supervision, and training. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.At least one year of experience in human services.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Preferred Skills Experience working with children and families or in child welfare.Knowledge of counseling, case management, and community resources.Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
