HUMAN SERVICES PROFESSIONAL

Responsibilities

• Cook up and oversee the execution of Individualized Service Plans for each youth.
• Maintain constant communication with referring resources, parents, and guardians.
• Monitor RBWO charts to ensure compliance with Kidspeace, state, and governing agency policies.
• Attend and facilitate Client Focus and Interdisciplinary Team meetings.
• Transport youth to required court appearances, visits, evaluations, and court-ordered programs.
• Supervise youth visits on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a mental health or human service-related field required.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with adolescent children preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
