Responsibilities

  • Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers
  • Administering structured assessments
  • Completing reports

Requirements

  • Work setting & schedule options: Field-based remote position, primarily working from home with up to 25% travel
  • Work schedule: Monday through Friday during daytime hours, flexibility into evenings and weekends, traditional full-time and flexible part-time schedules offered

Qualifications

  • Professional or personal experience supporting people who are living with disabilities
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet goals with high degree of autonomy
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant work experience: Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, QIDP, Social Worker, Service Coordinator, Client Advocate, or Caseworker
