Human Service Professional – Gaining Ground (Full Time) Seeking a dedicated Human Service Professional to provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, or involvement with the criminal justice system. Responsibilities include offering support across various settings such as community locations, shelters, jails, offices, and schools, either in person or virtually. Services encompass benefit enrollment (Medicaid, FoodShare)assistance with social security, IDs, employment, and housing applicationsmental health coordination and recovery supportlife skills, coping strategies, and budgeting guidancemedication management supporteducational coordination (GED, technical colleges)support for comprehensive community services Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience working with individuals in crisis. Proficiency with electronic health records and computer applications is required.
