About the role
As a member of ETTA's Human Services Support Staff (Direct Support Professional), you will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent and enriching lives. Opportunities include:

ETTA offers multiple human services opportunities in all departments, with part-time and full-time positions available across the Greater Los Angeles Area.
Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Professional at ETTA, you will inspire and support adults with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Specific opportunities include:
- Day Program (Direct Support Professional): Engage clients in daily education, socialization, and community volunteer activities.
- Residential Group Homes (DSP): Support clients in one of four houses located in family neighborhoods in North Hollywood, Valley Village, and Sherman Oaks.
- Employment Services (Job Coach): Help clients develop their talents, identify employment ambitions, and secure jobs or volunteer positions. Also work as ILS Staff to enhance living skills.
- Supported Living Services (SLS): Serve as an Independent Living Advocate with flexible openings (part-time, full-time, all shifts).

Pay
Starting rate of pay is $19.00 per hour.
