About the role
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Manager in functional areas of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Supports staffing, recruitment, and compensation programs at local exchanges.
- Recruits for entry-level positions and conducts classroom onboarding.
- Consults with supervisors on routine workforce and productivity issues for which there are one or more readily apparent solutions.
- Provides advice on Human Resources (HR) issues following established procedures and practices.
- Monitors and provides input on the effectiveness of Human Resources (HR) programs and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- One year of experience in Human Resources or a Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred majors: Business Administration or Human Resources Management.
- This is an on-site position, Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Must obtain HIPAA certification within three months.

Pay
Salary range: $20.60 - $34.46 per hour.
