State of New Hampshire, Liquor Commission – Human Resources Technician position located at 50 Storrs St., Concord, NH 03301. Full-time role available starting 6/26/2026.

About the role

Provide assistance to employees and the general public in technical human resource matters while implementing and following all NH Liquor Commission rules and policies. Maintain and modify policies and procedures to ensure the processing of confidential human resources, compensation, benefit, and personnel activities. Ensure compliance with all four Collective Bargaining Agreements and Sub-Unit Agreements related to NHLC, as well as Federal, State, and Commission personnel, benefit, and compensation rules, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees and the public with technical HR matters.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
• Process confidential HR, compensation, benefits, and personnel activities.
• Ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements, Federal, State, and Commission regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree and 6 months of experience OR equivalent combination of 2.5 years of education and experience after high school in business or public administration, recruitment, education, payroll, human resources, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to other Liquor Commission premises.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in human resources.

Pay

$19.96/hour - $26.41/hour.
