Human Resources Student Worker - Functional

Role: Human Resource Student Worker - Functional Responsibilities: Assist HR team with employee filing, organizing uniform cabinets, creating onboarding folders, and leading new hire orientation classes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and uphold a clean, safe environment. Proficient in Canva and Excel, with strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Collaborate closely with HR Coordinator on employee engagement and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: Must be a UNCW student, available 2-3 days a week during specified hours, and capable of physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs. Ability to bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods. Must adhere to safety protocols, including PPE usage if required. Skills & Attributes: Positive attitude, detail-oriented, interpersonal skills, and willingness to go above and beyond. Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. This role involves physical activity and may include uniform and PPE requirements.
