This hybrid role, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focuses on modernizing HR functions through AI, automation, digital technologies, and data-driven strategies. The successful candidate will combine deep HR consulting expertise with business development skills to deliver innovative, technology-enabled HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR transformation engagements for enterprise clients.
- Design and implement modern HR operating models.
- Integrate AI, automation, and analytics into HR processes.
- Improve workforce decision-making through data-driven strategies.
- Support digital employee experience initiatives.
- Redesign HR processes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Expand partnerships with mid-to-large organizations.
- Lead executive discussions on AI-enabled HR transformation.
- Develop solution proposals combining HR strategy, technology, and AI.
- Negotiate project scope and execute consulting contracts.
- Lead consulting teams throughout project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
- Manage project financial performance and quality standards.
- Mentor junior consultants in HR transformation, analytics, and AI adoption.
- Provide strategic guidance throughout complex transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to HR transformation methodologies.
- Develop AI-focused consulting frameworks and go-to-market materials.
- Promote best practices in HR strategy and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with internal consulting teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of external consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects.
- At least 10 years of program management experience leading large, multi-stream initiatives.
- Proven experience working with mid-to-large organizations.
