About the role
Reporting to the TTMA Human Resources Assistant Manager, this position is responsible for supporting Toyotetsu America, a 1st - shift, 800+ team member automotive manufacturing facility over HR and policy administration and team member relations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Assist Team Members, Team Leaders, and Group Leaders in solving work-related problems.
- Aid in recruitment efforts for salaried and hourly team members.
- Coordinate team member relations, coach supervisory, and management groups for effective team member relations.
- Administer various HR programs, perform HR system administration, and manage performance management processes.
- Conduct internal investigations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
- Assist with company activities.
- Monitor progress of new Team Members.
Qualifications
- Display competencies in: Proficient personal computer and system software skills, Paycom experience is a plus.
