About the Role
As part of the contract Program Management Office (PMO), the HR Specialist supports personnel administration and documentation required to execute Work Assignment Orders (WAO) and mission plans. Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, training/credential records, time/leave artifacts supporting deliverables.
- Maintain personnel files and required documentation for inspections and CDRL timelines.
- Interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR)/Government Technical Representatives (GTR) on workforce documentation status.
- Oversee the recruiting process within the PMO, including reviewing applicants on respective company Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), coordinating the interview process with the respective Materiel Test (MT) contract site leads, and providing final recommendation to the hiring company.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Demonstrated HR and/or administrative experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs or contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong records and document management skills, with demonstrated ability to maintain accurate, organized, and compliant personnel and administrative files.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and government stakeholders.
