Human Resources Specialist-Recruitment
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have: - POSTING DATE, JOB TITLE, LOCATION, DATE AVAILABLE, SALARY, HOURS, EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE, Essential Functions (list of duties), Knowledge & Skills (list of requirements/skills), plus some extra like driver's license, MFA. We need to map to sections. About the role: maybe a brief description? Could be from posting date etc? But we should not repeat job title. Could include location, date available? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include location, date available, posting date maybe in a short
under About the role? Or we could have a short paragraph summarizing role. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include salary, hours, benefits, education/experience, essential functions, knowledge & skills, driver's license, MFA. We need sections: Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (education/experience?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (knowledge & skills), Benefits (salary includes benefits), Pay (salary), Schedule (hours). However we must avoid thin sections. Could combine some. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - Salary: $2,942 annually (Includes generous benefits package). So Pay and Benefits both present. Could combine into Benefits section? But we need separate Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. It does state salary and hours, so we can have Pay and Schedule sections. - Benefits: mention "generous benefits package". That's substantive? It's vague but it's stated. Could include Benefits section with that line. - Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions list. - Requirements: Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree; focus in personnel, business administration, or related fields; job competencies experience a plus; non-degree applicants with 3+ years of recruitment experience will be considered; high school diploma or GED required. Also maybe driver's license, MFA. - Qualifications: Could be similar to Requirements; but we need to avoid duplication. Could treat Education/Experience as Qualifications, and Requirements as something else? Might be redundant. Better to have one section for Qualifications (education/experience) and another for Skills (knowledge & skills). The posting has "Knowledge & Skills" section. Thus we can have:

We need to ensure we don't repeat job title heading. Also we should not include boilerplate like posting date etc unless we fold into About the role. We included location and date available. Could also include posting date but it's minor metadata; we can include in About the role paragraph. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we captured all substantive info: Essential Functions list includes many items; we need to list each asor drop it. Grade 22 is minor metadata; we can include in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role: "Human Resources Specialist‑Recruitment (Grade 22) at Headquarters Library, available November 1, 2026." But we shouldn't repeat job title as heading; but we can mention it in paragraph. That's fine. Now ensure we don't have any empty sections. Now produce final HTML. Let's draft:
