We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary, duties, requirements, qualifications, etc. We must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have content: Organizational Location list (multiple locations). That could be under "About the role" maybe. Duties: list of duties. Requirements: list of requirements (citizenship, selective service, residency, background investigation, etc). Qualifications: GS09 and GS11 experience, education substitution, etc. Pay: salary range given: starts at $61,722.00 (GS-9, Step 1) to $97,087.00 (GS-11, Step 10) with promotion potential to $97,087 (GS-11 Step 10). Also mention locality pay tables etc. So we can include Pay section with that info. Benefits: not mentioned. Schedule: not mentioned. Skills: not explicit separate; maybe we can omit. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

headings,
  • for lists,

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe includes organizational location and summary). Responsibilities (duties). Requirements (citizenship, etc). Qualifications (experience, education). Pay (salary). Possibly also "Location" could be part of About the role. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections we have content for. Let's extract content: Summary Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Human Resources Management, Workers' Compensation Branch, located in one of the following locations: Yuma, AZ Tucson, AZ San Diego, CA Los Angeles, CA EL Centro, CA Laredo, TX El Paso, TX Del Rio, TX Houston, TX Euless, TX Jacksonville, FL Rouses Point, NY Front Royal, VA Detroit, MI Washington, DC Minneapolis, MN Indianapolis, IN We can put that under About the role as a paragraph plus list. Duties: "Joining Customs & Border Protection (CBP) will allow you to use your expertise to proactively manage assigned workers' compensation cases, providing guidance and support to injured employees, supervisors, and Injury Compensation Coordinators (ICCs)." Then "Typical Duties Include:" list. We'll combine into Responsibilities section with a paragraph then list. Requirements: list of bullet items: Must be US Citizen; Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered with Selective Service; Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years; All pre-employment processes conducted in English; May be required to pass a background investigation; CBP follows DHS Drug-Free Workplace Plan for drug testing; Ethics standards; Obtain approval for outside employment; DHS uses E-Verify; Bargaining Unit: not covered; Also maybe "Background Investigation" details; "Residency" details; "Probationary Period"; "CTAP/ICTAP" etc. Many of these are substantive. We'll include them. Qualifications: Experience GS09 and GS11 details, Education substitution details, Combining Education and Experience, Time in Grade, Political appointee disclosure, etc. We'll include as list. Pay: Salary range and locality pay tables note. We must not include links text like "Visit this link". We can keep the info but maybe drop the link text? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The link is part of the content but it's a reference; we could keep the sentence but maybe we can keep the mention of locality pay tables. It's okay to keep the phrase "Visit this link to view the locality pay tables by geographic area." That's substantive? It's a reference; but it's not essential detail. However it's part of the posting. I'd keep it but maybe it's considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a reference to pay tables. I'd keep it. Similarly for special pay rate charts. We'll include Pay section with that info. Now produce HTML. Structure:
