Job Description
- Support the planning, coordination of talent management processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and leadership development initiatives.
- Career Development: Coordinate learning and development programs, manage training logistics and communications, support learning technologies, and help evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Employee Experience: Partner and support employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including orientation, engagement, recognition, wellness, culture-building, and change management programs.
- Data Analysis: Develop and maintain HR dashboards, talent metrics, and workforce analytics that provide insights into employee engagement, learning effectiveness, and organizational capability, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Communication & Campaigns: Coordinate employee communications, recognition programs, and HR campaigns that promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Initiatives & Change: Support the execution of enterprise HR initiatives, special projects, and organizational change efforts while ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, leverage technology, and introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
- Stay Informed: Stay informed of emerging HR trends, learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and best practices to continuously evolve people programs and support organizational success.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- 3-5 years’ experience relevant to above responsibilities.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industry.
- Working knowledge of ADP, SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms, Advanced MS Excel, MS Co-pilot required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, team-working, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
- Experience in handling sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position in New Jersey is $70,000 to $90,000, plus a discretionary performance bonus (based upon eligibility).
