Responsibilities

  • Onboarding of new staff including offer letters, background checks, drug screens, I-9 verification
  • Aid new hires with badging and site/client specific onboarding requirements
  • Manage and track our WSAP policy and random drug screens
  • Conduct companywide HR initiatives
  • Collect, review, and approve local timesheets
  • Process employee changes including promotions, annual salary increases, benefit changes, and terminations
  • Administer and audit benefit carrier EDI feeds as needed
  • Record and database management
  • Assist employees with payroll or benefit issues – act as liaison with payroll staff
  • Qualifications

    • Minimum of an associate’s degree, with a bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1-5 years of experience
    • Strong technical skills with PC operating systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Data entry, database management, and ability to quickly learn and coach others on internet-based applications
    • Positive team player, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and proactive
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Flexible to accommodate local team and national company needs
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Eagerness to perform well, take pride in responsibilities

    Preferences

    • Experience with Paylocity
    • Experience with Deltek/Costpoint
    • Experience administering company AAP and EEO reporting
    • Experience processing DOE clearances

      Compensation is commensurate with education and experience.
