About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Handle new hire paperwork and provide orientation to new employees
- Administer health insurance enrollment and other benefits programs
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Coordinate with external vendors for HR-related services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or similar field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (optional)
