About the role
The Human Resources Specialist (Accountability) plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s HR initiatives and ensuring accountability across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on compliance matters
- Administer payroll and benefits administration
- Coordinate training programs and development opportunities
- Support recruitment efforts and manage candidate evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
