Responsibilities
- Supports all human resources programs, including compensation and benefits, employee/labor relations, performance management, training and development, and staffing/recruitment.
- Responds to employee inquiries regarding Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Identifies and/or resolves potential grievances.
- Counsels employees on work-related and personal issues.
