Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll, reconcile timecards, and track employee attendance to ensure accurate and timely pay.
- Maintain payroll, personnel, I-9, and HRIS records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support employee benefits administration, including leave management, workers' compensation, and health and welfare programs.
- Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, recruitment activities, and employee training initiatives.
- Serve as the primary HR and office support resource, assisting employees, visitors, and employee relations activities.
Qualifications
2+ years of Human Resources and/or payroll experience required. Strong knowledge of payroll practices, employee records management, and federal and state employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Proficient with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping/payroll software. Flexible schedule with the ability to support business needs, including occasional weekends and off-shift hours.
