Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of related experience required.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant degree and ten years of progressively responsible operations and/or human resources experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ORACLE HR processes and experience with UAB faculty and staff hiring processes strongly desired.
• Candidates must possess strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and ORACLE.
• Minimum of two (2) years UAB experience in an HR- related capacity strongly desired.

Pay

$73,945 - $120,165
