Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle payroll processing with high accuracy and compliance, ensuring timekeeping data, deductions, tax withholdings, and pay adjustments are seamlessly integrated and executed.
  • Oversee day-to-day benefits operations, including open enrollment, provider reporting, employee claims resolution, and benefit program communications (health, dental, 401k/retirement, etc.).
  • Partner with leadership to manage performance review workflows and accurately process all approved merit increases, bonuses, and compensation adjustments through the payroll system.
  • Support talent leadership with scheduling, manage candidate logistics, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Draft and issue official internal documentation, including offer letters and candidate packages.
  • Career onboarding: Coordinate and execute the full onboarding process—managing documentation, orientation schedules, and trainings on company policies to ensure an exceptional candidate-to-employee experience.
  • Partner with HR leadership to create, document, and roll out updated HR policies, frameworks, and standardized document templates.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS.
  • Provide reliable point of contact for employee administrative inquiries, grievance resolution, and general operational support.
  • Develop, budget, and execute culture-building and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist leadership with addressing employee grievances and executing disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies and legal standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3 years of hands-on experience processing payroll or as a payroll administrator.
  • 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • 2 years of experience supporting Talent Operations (e.g., recruiting coordination, NHO, and onboarding).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, timekeeping software, and office productivity tools.
  • Experience with Paylocity plus.
