Key Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
- Cook up employee training assignments and maintain the company's learning platform.
- Provide first-level support for training platform access, user questions, and training records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
- Aid with recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment tasks.
- Generate HR and training reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality HR support and improve HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or employee support.
- Experience with HRIS and employee learning or training platforms preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
