Human Resources Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
  • Cook up employee training assignments and maintain the company's learning platform.
  • Provide first-level support for training platform access, user questions, and training records.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HR programs.
  • Aid with recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and pre-employment tasks.
  • Generate HR and training reports while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality HR support and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or employee support.
  • Experience with HRIS and employee learning or training platforms preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
