About the role

The Human Resource Operations Coordinator will support the administration of HR Operations processes within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence. This position will initially focus on administering the full onboarding process, teammate transactions (promotions, transfers, offboarding), and ensuring compliance, data quality, and integrity in collaboration with global HR and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the full North America onboarding process to ensure a best-in-class experience for new hires.
  • Manage new hire onboarding packets and records within the HRIS system.
  • Support managers in creating and finalizing new hire onboarding schedules.
  • Conduct virtual or coordinate on-site I-9 documentation validation for new hires.
  • Support Mergers & Acquisitions activity, including gathering new hire paperwork and I-9s.
  • Administer new hire onboarding tasks within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, follow up with task owners, and provide guidance.
  • Provide support on best-practice processes for global onboarding with regional partners.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR functional areas (Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Learning & Development, and HR Culture Programs) on HRIS data updates, questions, or concerns.
  • Update teammate data in the HR system of record for promotions, job changes/transfers, and terminations.
  • Monitor and respond to HR cases (questions, concerns, report requests) from teammates using ServiceNow, adhering to internal KPIs and SLAs.
  • Escalate trends or broader issues for review and resolution.
  • Assist with HR data integrity by performing regular data audits and running/reviewing reports.
  • Support offboarding and other teammate lifecycle events in the HR system.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures, process documents, and knowledge articles.
  • Assist with special projects as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience in fast-paced, growth organizations (required).
  • 1+ years of prior global experience (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Some College/Associate's Degree (required) or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
  • High ability to prioritize and balance high volume.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to review and process data accurately and confidentially.
  • Strong desire to help others.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to present and deliver material concisely.
  • Focus on continuous improvement.
  • System-minded approach, understanding the inter-relationship of multiple systems and data.

Pay

The wage range for this position is $26.40–$37.20 per hour and may vary based on geography, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
